Happy Friday! Welcome to the Hero Arts + Clearly Kelly Planner Blog Hop. If you are "hopping" along with us, you probably came from Lisa's blog, and if you happen to be new here, hello! I'm Nicole and I'm on Kelly Purkey's Creative Team this year.
We are hopping today because the Clearly Kelly planner products are now available in the Hero Arts online store! I've been having a lot of fun playing with the stamps + dies over the last month and wanted to share how I've been using them in my Get To Work Book.
While I don't get fancy + decorate my daily lists in the weekly spreads of my planner, I do like to use stamps on the monthly calendar page, as well as when I'm filling out the project planner pages at the end of each month.
Last weekend, I filled out this one below after setting an intention to focus on getting our home in order in October. I broke down my plans to purge and organize our entire house, using a box per room (for the most part). I used the Home Planner stamps, along with the Work Planner stamps and Kelly's Outline Alpha + a handful of colorful inks to divide the house up into small sections. Then, I stamped lines below each room to write in the different areas to tackle. For example, in my kids rooms, I divided it into closet, dresser, books and things on the floor.
As I purge + organize each area, I can check off the box (and not have to wait until the entire room is done)! Yay for progress.
On the right side, there is a large open space for notes. Here I stamped the lines and checkboxes from Kelly's To Do List set on some gray post-its, arranged four of them on the page, and named the lists with topics I thought would come up as I was cleaning and purging - a to do list, shopping list, wish list and goals. I've just started this project but it's nice to carry my GTWB around the house and write down notes as I think of them. Now they will all live in one place too.
The dies in the Planner Banners set are really fun, and here I experimented with using them on post-its. Run them through your manual die-cutting machine like you would with paper - but first, decide which end of the banner you want the sticky part to be on. Above, I made a "to do" arrow that I can easily move around + see at a glance which room I want to tackle next. And the bigger banner on the right corner peeks out just over the top of my planner so I can open to this page any time.
You can find all of the Clearly Kelly products available in the Hero Arts store here. They also offer FREE shipping on US orders of $50 or more! No code needed.
